The Hide London Hotel - Hendon

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the station with easy access into central London. The room was comfortable, modern, and very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with early check-in and late bag drop. A few minor annoyances included a small TV that could be repositioned better and a shortage of tea supplies. Breakfast was lovely, especially the Danish pastries.

Stylish and fairly clean place to stay in, it has attentive and welcoming staff on our request. Airy rooms complete with toiletries, comfortable beds and the bedroom. The location is magnificent and awesome, 4 km from Cricklewood Broadway. Good restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Awesome spot for a cozy stay!

Spent a night here with my partner and it was really nice. The staff were super friendly. Our room was clean, comfy, and so quiet-no noise from the street! Loved the breakfast too, especially the cappuccino. Just wish there were more tables in the dining area.

I had a great stay, especially enjoyed the cozy decoration and the rich continental breakfast spread. Plus, the complimentary soft drinks in the fridge were a lovely surprise. I'd definitely return!

Upon arrival, there were issues with cleanliness, particularly dust on the bedside tables, indicating a need for better turnaround during peak hours. The parking situation can become tight and overwhelming for larger vehicles due to the limited number of spaces. Soundproofing isn't great, great for disturbances from neighboring rooms, which might hinder restful moments. Connivingly, the breakfast options fell short, with limited selections and items that didn't seem freshly stocked by the end of service. While the experience had its perks, the hotel could benefit from optimizing these key areas for overall improvement.

The room was a classic double room, with a comfortable bed, tv, minibar, tea/coffee maker, and L'Occitane toiletries. The breakfast included a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, cheeses, and smoked salmon. The location had easy access to Hendon Central tube station, just a short walk away.

I appreciated the complimentary L'Occitane toiletries. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially when I asked for recommendations around transport. The breakfast spread was decent with mainly continental options. I did notice the seating was limited during peak hours. It took a while to find a place to sit. A minor annoyance was that the light in the wardrobe was out. Location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the tube station, but the trek into central London takes a bit longer. Parking could be tricky. Some spots are tight, which might be an issue for larger vehicles.
